The Story
Prosecco with a real sense of place, from one of Valdobbiadene's benchmark growers. Crede takes its name from the local dialect for clay, the marl and sandstone soil of the steep hillside it comes from, an ancient uplifted seabed with near-vertical rows. Bisol has farmed these slopes since way back, and this cru bottling shows what Glera can do when it's taken seriously. Made in the tank method to keep it fresh and floral, it's crisp, aromatic, and finishes with a mineral snap. Pop it any time you want bubbles without the fuss.
