Dense and wildly perfumed on the nose with black cherry, warm spices, and smoked meat, the palate reveals dark plum, blackberry compote, and earthy undertones with a soft, juicy core. Hand-selected clusters de-stemmed, fermented for 3-4 weeks in concrete with indigenous yeasts, then aged 18+ months in large oak casks.
