Edith & Ida is the natural-leaning project from Hobo Wine Company in Santa Rosa, named for the founders' grandmothers and built on old-vine, organically farmed California fruit. The Cinsault is made by reverse saignée — adding fresh juice back to crushed grapes and letting the whole thing ferment naturally — which keeps it light, aromatic, and impossibly easy to drink. Strawberry, rose petal, and a whisper of spice, with crunchy acidity and just enough grip. Serve with a slight chill. The kind of red that disappears.
