The Story
Organic. Biodynamic 100% Xarel·lo. This is a single-vineyard wine drawn from the plot called Espenyalluchs, a gently sloping parcel at 400msl with clay soil covered by small pebbles. It’s a single hectare planted with a careful massale selection of the best vines from Soler’s original 1945 plot called Vinya dels Taus.The wine ferments and ages on the lees for nine months in the oldest 300l barrels in the cellar. Harvest was the first of September 2024; the wines were bottled on the 2nd of June 2025. 1680 bottles were produced.
