The Story
Organic, biodynamic. 100% Xarel·lo. The original single-vineyard wine from Soler’s 1945 Xarel·lo, the plot called ‘Vinya dels Taus’. This vineyard in the Alt Penedès planted by Soler’s grandfather is on a sandy, silty, and clay soil at 250msl, farmed with crop cover. The wine is fermented and aged for nine months in new (25%) and two year-old French oak barrels from notable cooperages of Burgundy. The wine was harvested on the 3rd of September 2024 and bottled on June 2 2025. 2150 bottles were produced.
