Named for an ancient geologic epoch when seas shaped the Marne Valley's layered sediments, this Champagne speaks of deep time and terroir precision. Legrand-Latour, a small organic grower, crafted this brut nature cuvée from 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, aged on lees for 34 months before disgorgement with zero dosage. Just 7,669 bottles exist. From Vandières and Verneuil's organically farmed parcels, this wine delivers saline clarity, orchard fruit lift, and mineral grip.
