Made in the Domfrontais style with approximately 70% pear and 30% apple, naturally fermented and single-distilled on the family's wood-fired copper column still. Younger than the 1980 by nearly two decades, this vintage shows a different stage of evolution—still vibrant with fruit character but gaining the dried-fruit and spice complexity that extended aging brings.
