The Story
Volcanic white from the lunar landscape of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. Los Bermejos works the indigenous Diego grape in vines planted one by one in hand-dug hollows that break through meters of black lava, each ringed by a stone wall against the relentless wind. Fermented with native yeasts and aged a few months on the lees in tank, this dry white is creamy yet taut, with the intense minerality that only Lanzarote's volcanic soils deliver. Unlike anything else in your glass.
