The fruit from these 140 year old vines is treated as though they were being harvested a century ago. Foot tread, with wild yeast and racked into neutral barrel. Tastes like an exceptional bottling of a southern French Carignane, kind of the point, but with more sun kissed fruit, which we are more than happy is there. Pure, fruity, spicy and perfectly wild!
