Yetinte is Horiot's still white Coteaux Champenois, a direct-pressed Pinot Noir vinified as a Blanc de Noirs from a blend of eight different terroirs across Les Riceys, aged in foudre on the lees. Bottled only in magnum because, as the family puts it, that's the right size for two people. This is one of the rarest categories in France, a still white from Champagne, made from red grapes, in large format. Pure Horiot logic: biodynamic, unfiltered, true to the place. A unique magnum for a long table.
