Paul John Edited Indian Single Malt Whisky

A carefully calibrated blend of peated and unpeated spirits from Goa, India. Master Distiller Michael John combines six-row Indian barley with peated Scottish barley—15% of the final vatting is peated spirit (20–25 ppm)—creating a whisky that hints at smoke without being dominated by it. Custom copper pot stills with unusually long necks produce fruitier spirit than standard designs. Matured in charred American oak and sherry casks. Goa's tropical climate and high angel's share accelerate development. Non-chill-filtered at 46% ABV.
