Rico Nuevo is a small family operation tending decades-old bush vines across tiny parcels, farming organically and working with minimal intervention. Barrera de Sol is one of their single-site bottlings, raised in a mix of steel, concrete and neutral barrels to keep the fruit pure and the terroir front and center. A savory, energetic Gredos red.
