Organically-farmed Grüner Veltliner, foot-stomped and skin-macerated for 6 hours, ferments with wild yeast before 6 months in neutral oak and stainless steel. Tightly wound aromas of lime skin, chalk, and honeydew rind meet spicy white pepper, zesty tropical fruit, and a creamy minerality rarely seen in West Coast Grüner.
